Each class is designed to challenge your body while having fun & spending quality time with your baby. We understand the postnatel body and have designed a program to help you get back in shape using a combination of yoga, targeting toning and stretching. Build strength while also relieving tension in the whole body, focusing on area like the neck, shoulders and hips.
Bring your little one and join us for a yoga class that both you and your baby will enjoy! Classes are tailored for new moms to enjoy a supportive environment while getting a workout and spending quality time with their baby.
Classes are 60 minutes and you are encouraged to go at your own pace and tend to your babies needs whenever they arise (breastfeeding, changing, etc).
Get out of the house and get back in shape while nourishing your soul with meditation & breathing exercises. We will stretch out tight muscles in the neck and shoulders, open up the heart center and tone everything!
All of our baby and the babe yoga classes are tailored to the post natel body and modifications are offered for all levels of fitness. As with any activity, please check with your doctor before beginning classes.
Now offering Mommy & me fitness in Culver City! This class combines a scenic uphill stroller hike with toning exercises, yoga and stretching. Class takes place at the Baldwin Hills Scenic overlook or the "Culver stairs." A paved sidewalk runs up the side of the mountain and is a great workout to do with your stroller + baby!
- Large Blanket, big enough for you and baby + yoga mat
- For you: water, sunglasses, comfy clothes
- Whatever you normally have in your diaper bag to keep baby happy (toys, diapers, etc!)
Mommy & me yoga class is a great time to socialize and meet other parents who are going through the same things as you. Feel free to bring a snack or picnic lunch to enjoy after your workout as you socialize with other parents & babies.
